We receive many requests for information on the services we provide, what we can offer to companies, individuals, families, groups etc. We provide general information to these general queries, but relocation is essentially about specific individuals and general information is of limited value.

Our first step therefore, in working with a new company or individual is to get a clear view of their needs as early as possible. In many cases, an individual may not be aware of their own needs, but from our experience in dealing with so many different people in relocation situations, we can develop a good understanding of the likely needs of an individual, couple or family.

We have developed a basic Needs Analysis Form to gather the basic contact information which will create an in initial view of the needs of the client or potential client. We would typically look to follow-up with a meeting or phone conversation at an early stage to fill in the blanks.

The combined Needs Analysis Form and conversation with the individual allows us:

• Make an assessment of the needs of the specific client or potential client

• Propose the type and level of relocation support we would recommend

• Provide a quotation for the expected cost of the proposed support, and

• Once engaaged, support the various aspects of the client's relocation.

In filling out the Needs Analysis Form, a client or potential client should feel free to provide as much or as little information as they wish, but most importantly, only the information they deem relevant or appropriate.
