Corporate Care RelocationCorporate Care Relocation was established in 1997 by Christine Winning, its founder and owner. Since then Chris and her team have been providing support with accommodation, utilities, education, and community orientation to her clients. This service has proved very cost effective for companies and invaluable to individuals. Corporate Care Relocation is based on Chris' long-standing involvement in the <cityw:ston>local property scene, as well as her personal experience of living abroad with her family, and their subsequent return to Ireland. Chris' personal experience of moving to a different country has enabled her to develop a service which she feels will help enormously with others who are relocating. Relocation is often associated with business executives and their families coming from abroad on temporary assignments. However, Chris has found from experience that tailored support can equally make a big difference to single individuals, and Irish employees moving into a new area.
The provision of such facilities by an employer demonstrates the company's commitment to its staff, and can only serve to increase the chances of success for any venture. This can be a significant factor in attracting the best talent to key positions, making a new role or job assignment more attractive to the employee. Flexibility is a key aspect of Corporate Care, where the level of support is adjusted to suit the company policy, and customised to meet individual needs.
Corporate Care is an active member of the European Relocation Association (EuRA). Chris is a former member of the EuRA Council and has served on various committees for the association.
